|Making A Purchase|
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro (formerly Switch), Delta or Visa Debit, Solo, JCB and Laser. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

TopGadget delivers to destinations Worldwide. You will be notified of the current delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details. TopGadget uses Royal Mail as their primary courier, although other couriers may be used at our discretion where appropriate to enhance your service. A signature is required upon delivery so please ensure someone is available to sign for your product(s) between their stated delivery times.
Within the UK TopGadget offers 1st Class Recorded Delivery (1-2 days) and Special Delivery (next working day guaranteed by 1.00pm). Please see the delivery costs page for current pricing and further details.
Within Europe (excluding the UK) orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Signed For and are normally delivered within 3 -4 working days. Please see the delivery costs page for current pricing and further details.
Rest of World
Outside Europe orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Signed For and are normally delivered within 5 working days. Please see the delivery costs page for current pricing and further details.
We aim to deliver your order right away. Orders received prior to 15.30 hrs GMT (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day provided item(s) are in stock. International orders are generally received in around 5 days. Please order from TopGadget with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is already included. All other orders are VAT free, the tax will be deducted automatically at checkout.
